Terms &
Conditions.

The general terms that apply when you browse fireweb.ie. Paid client work is governed by the applicable written project agreement.

Important distinction

These are website-use terms. They are not a substitute for the proposal, scope, payment terms, intellectual-property terms and other conditions agreed for an individual client project.

1. About FIREWEB

These website terms apply to the use of fireweb.ie. They do not replace a project proposal, statement of work, quotation or client agreement for paid services.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes, to learn about FIREWEB services, review portfolio work and make genuine enquiries. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, probe security controls, submit malicious content, misuse forms or use automated systems in a way that materially disrupts the site.

3. Website enquiries are not a contract

Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote or discussing a possible project does not by itself create a contract. A project begins only when the applicable scope, price and terms have been agreed in writing.

Where FIREWEB issues a project-specific proposal, quotation or agreement, that document governs the paid services and takes priority over these general website terms if there is any conflict.

4. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the FIREWEB name, website design, written content, graphics and original materials on fireweb.ie are owned by or licensed to FIREWEB and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Portfolio pages may contain client names, trademarks, screenshots, photography or other material owned by the relevant client or third parties. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to describe project work.

You may view and link to public pages for normal personal or business reference. You may not reproduce substantial website content, copy the design wholesale, republish portfolio materials or use client assets without the relevant permission.

5. Information and availability

FIREWEB aims to keep information accurate and the website available, but website content may change and temporary errors or outages can occur. Portfolio examples describe particular projects and are not a guarantee that every future project will have the same scope, features or outcome.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FIREWEB is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Liability relating to paid client services is governed by the applicable project agreement or written terms for that engagement.

8. Privacy and cookies

Use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and consent choices are described in the Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to a consumer are not displaced by this clause.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, services or applicable law. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
